Our Troop:

We are a Brownie Girl Scout Troop located in Richland, WA. Our Troop Leaders are Carrie Hallquist and Elizabeth Lugo. We have great parent helpers too, who are great to call on to demonstrate their own skills and expertise. Brownies are 2nd and 3rd grade girls who are learning to be leaders themselves. Our Troop has been working on leadership skills since first grade. They have taken turns leading meetings for four years, and have earned Try-Its, and other awards for their efforts

Meetings:

Our meetings are held on selective Thursday nights between 5:30 and 6:45 at the Christ the King Youth Center 2012-2013

Activities:

A brief sample of planned activities for the 2012-2013 school year  Calendar  are as follows:

* Tri-Cities GS Camporee - Year of the Girl in September

* Zoo Snooze in October *WOW! – Wonders of Water Journey

* Thinking Day – Learning about Spain in February
